Three years in, and you still turn toward each other. This leather anniversary gift for her is a pair of sunflowers in warm leather tones, their long stems leaning together until the blooms touch, framed and ready to hang. It marks the leather anniversary with the 3rd anniversary flower, with no names or dates to collect, so it is ready to give the day you decide.
Why It Means Something on Her Wall
Leather is the traditional 3rd anniversary gift, and the sunflower is the traditional 3rd anniversary flower. Most leather gifts are small and practical: a wallet, a bag tag, a journal that ends up in a drawer. Flowers last a week. This piece puts both traditions where she sees them every day. Two sunflowers turn toward each other the way a marriage does in year three, still facing the same way after the newness has settled. The lines are drawn in the carved style of hand-tooled leather, in honey tan, chestnut and saddle brown on a warm ivory ground, so the year's material shows up in color and line. It suits a sunny kitchen, a shared bedroom or a reading corner, and it works from husband to wife or from family to a wife and mother you love. What You Will Notice First
- The lean: the two stems curve toward each other, and the petals of the two blooms overlap near the top
- The carved line: every petal and leaf has a saddle-brown outline with fine cut lines inside, like a design worked into leather
- The seed centers: each bloom holds a round center of tiny dotted seeds in chestnut brown, a detail you find on a second look
- The warmth: there is no bright yellow and no green, only honey and browns on ivory, so it reads soft from across the room
- The space around it: the pair sits centered with clear ivory on every side, so it breathes inside the frame at every size
- The matte surface: no shine under a lamp or window light, only the drawing
How It Feels in the Room
Morning sun comes through the kitchen window and the ivory warms to the color of fresh bread. The two sunflowers hang above the counter in their dark wood frame, honey petals beside the wooden spoons and the coffee jar. She notices them while the kettle heats. Then she remembers the year they mark, three years of breakfasts and plans and the same small kitchen, and the two blooms leaning together say the thing that is hard to say out loud.

FAQs
What is the traditional 3rd anniversary gift?
Leather is the traditional gift for a 3rd wedding anniversary, and the sunflower is the traditional flower for the year. This print brings both together: two sunflowers drawn in the style of hand-tooled leather, in warm leather tones, so the tradition hangs on her wall long after cut flowers would fade.
Is the artwork leather or paper?
Paper. It is a framed paper print. The artwork is drawn in leather tones and in the carved-line style of hand-tooled leather, printed flat on premium matte paper and framed behind plexiglass. That is what lets it hang for years without any special care.
Does it come ready to hang?
Yes. The framed print arrives in its solid pine frame with shatterproof plexiglass and hanging hardware already fitted. Unwrap it and hang it. If you choose the unframed print, it arrives on its own, ready for a frame of your choice.
Can I add our names or our wedding date?
This design has no names, dates or text by intent, so there is nothing to collect or proof and it ships on the normal timeline. The two sunflowers turned toward each other carry the meaning on their own, which also makes it an easy gift from friends or family.
Which size should I choose?
Above a kitchen counter or in a hallway, 11x14" or 16x20". Above a queen bed, go 24x36". Above a king bed, 28x40". For a bedroom or reading nook, 16x20" or 18x24". Not sure of her space? 16x20" fits almost anywhere.
Which frame color works best?
Dark Wood is our pick for this design, because the deep brown frame echoes the saddle-brown outlines. Black gives a crisp, modern edge. Natural Wood and White lighten the look for pale walls and Scandinavian or farmhouse kitchens.
Will the colors fade?
The print uses fade-resistant archival-quality inks on premium matte paper, behind plexiglass. Hang it out of direct sunlight and it keeps its warm honey and brown tones for years. Our Lifetime Quality Guarantee covers the piece for as long as you own it.
How fast will it arrive?
Your piece is made to order in 1-4 days, then 90% of orders arrive within 5 days, because it is produced at the facility closest to you. Free shipping available, with tracking on every order.
What if it does not suit her wall?
Every order is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If something feels off when it arrives, write to us and we will make it right. After those thirty days the piece still carries our Lifetime Quality Guarantee: if it ever fails on us, we replace it free.
