Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel good about your order. If something isn’t right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
How to start a return

Email contact@sparkycare.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.

We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (if needed).

Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include all parts, tags, and accessories.

Ship with a trackable service. We can’t refund items we don’t receive.
Return shipping cost: You are responsible for return postage. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not accept COD returns.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

Unused, unwashed, and undamaged

In the original packaging with all accessories/manuals

Returned within 30 days of delivery
Hygiene & apparel notes

Beauty, personal care, oral care, and cosmetics: must be unopened and in the original seal (unless the item is defective).

Bras, shapewear, leggings, and intimates: unworn, with tags and hygiene liners attached.
Non-returnable / final sale
Gift cards, downloadable products, and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email photos/videos to contact@sparkycare.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days from our approval, check with your bank or card issuer. If you still need help, contact us at contact@sparkycare.com.
International returns
Duties, VAT/taxes, and customs/brokerage fees paid to your local authority are non-refundable by Sparkycare. If a parcel is returned to sender or disposed of due to unpaid import charges or failure to provide requested customs information, shipping fees and any return costs are non-refundable.
