Order Processing
Most orders ship in 1–5 business days. After dispatch, we email a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Pieces from our partner studios

Pieces made by our partner studios ship directly from the studio. Their shipping cost and delivery options are calculated at checkout, and they are not part of the free-shipping offers listed below. Their processing time can differ from ours. If your order mixes Sparkycare designs and partner-studio pieces, they may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking links.

  • Standard: 7–13 business days, ₩9,999 KRW for framed sizes up to 11x14" / A3 and all unframed prints, or ₩49,999 KRW for larger framed sizes
  • Express Shipping: 4–7 business days, ₩79,999 KRW on framed sizes from 16x20" to 20x28", or ₩139,999 KRW for our largest framed sizes (A1, 24x36" and 28x40")

  • Standard: 5–8 business days, $6.95
  • Free Standard: 5–8 business days on orders $99+
  • Some destinations in South America, Africa, and parts of Asia may take 7–30 business days, depending on local carriers and customs.

Address Changes
Contact us before dispatch; we can't change addresses once an order has shipped.

Damaged / Lost in Transit
If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email contact@sparkycare.com. After the carrier investigation, we'll replace or refund the order.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/taxes, customs handling, or brokerage fees depending on your country. These charges are assessed by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Customs processing times are outside our control. If customs or the carrier contacts you requesting payment, ID, or additional information to release the parcel, please respond promptly to avoid delays.
