One soft heart in blush pink, warm cream and flecks of gold, made for the bedroom you share. This heart painting print shows a single heart built from thick, palette-knife strokes in an impasto style, centred on a warm off-white ground that looks like hand-plastered stone, framed and ready to hang.
Why it belongs
It belongs above the bed, on a quiet bedroom wall, or in the corner where your day starts and ends. It suits a calm, neutral home: linen bedding, light wood, warm whites. Romantic art is hard to get right, because most of it is either too cute or too loud to keep up after February; this heart stays soft enough to live with all year. What you get
TWO WAYS TO ORDER
Framed and ready to hang, or as an unframed print for a frame you already love. Choose the unframed print in the options and it arrives on its own, made to order on the same paper as our framed pieces, without a frame, plexiglass or hanging hardware. Everything on this page about the frame and hanging describes the framed version.
- Framed and ready to hang, with hanging hardware already fitted
- Solid pine wood frame in Natural Wood, White, Black or Dark Wood
- Shatterproof plexiglass on the front
- Fade-resistant archival-quality inks on 200gsm premium matte paper
- Sizes from 5x7" to 28x40", plus A3, A2 and A1
- Free shipping available
- Certificate of Authenticity: a physical 4x6" insert plus a digital certificate
What you will notice first
- The look of sculpted paint: ridges and swirls of blush and cream, as if laid on with a palette knife, with soft shadows that give the heart depth
- Flecks of gold: a few gold-toned strokes inside the heart, with the look of gold leaf, printed flat and never shiny or loud
- A calm ground: warm off-white with faint blush strokes and a plaster-like look, so the heart sits in plenty of quiet space
- One clean shape: a single, centred heart that reads clearly from across the room
- No words on the art: no names, quote or date, just the heart
How it feels in the room
It is a slow Sunday morning. Soft light comes through linen curtains, the bed is still unmade, and above it the heart glows pale pink and cream, the gold-toned strokes warm in the morning light. The natural wood frame keeps it warm and simple, and the matte paper keeps the light gentle, with no glare from the window. It feels like the two of you: calm, warm and a little romantic.

Dark Wood: a rich walnut tone for a warmer, more traditional bedroom.

FAQs
Is this an original painting?
No. It is a new artwork made in an impasto painting style, printed to order on premium matte paper and framed. The print shows the look of thick, sculpted paint and gold flecks, but the surface is smooth paper behind shatterproof plexiglass, so it stays easy to keep clean.
Does it arrive ready to hang?
Yes. The framed version arrives mounted in a solid pine frame behind shatterproof plexiglass, with hanging hardware already fitted, so you can unwrap it and hang it the same day. The unframed print arrives on its own, ready for a frame you already own.
Will it arrive in time for Valentine's Day?
Each piece is made to order in one to four days and then shipped from a production facility near you, with tracking on every order. For Valentine's Day delivery in the US, order by February 4.
Which frame color suits it best?
Natural Wood is our pick: the warm light pine picks up the gold flecks and the cream ground. White keeps it airy and lets the pale ground run to the edge, Black gives a crisp modern outline, and Dark Wood suits a warmer, more traditional bedroom.
What size should I choose?
Above a queen bed, 24x36" fills the space; above a king bed, 28x40". For a bedroom wall, office or reading nook, 16x20" or 18x24" works well. For a dressing area or entryway, 11x14". As a gift when you are not sure of the wall, 16x20" suits almost anywhere.
Is it too seasonal to keep up after February?
No. There are no words, dates or Valentine's symbols on the art, only a single heart in blush, cream and gold. It reads as calm bedroom decor in July just as much as a romantic touch in February.
Will the colors fade?
The print uses fade-resistant archival-quality inks on 200gsm premium matte paper. Hung out of direct sunlight, the soft blush and the gold tones stay true for years.
Is it a good Valentine's gift for her?
It is a gift for the home you share rather than one more thing for a drawer. It arrives framed with a Certificate of Authenticity, ready to give, and there is no name or message on it, so it suits a new relationship as well as a long marriage.

For the moments worth framing.
A few details worth knowing. Every piece is made to order just for you, so slight size variations can happen from one print to the next, part of what makes each one its own. Colors may look a little different on your screen than they do in print, since every monitor shows color its own way. Every design is shaped by us, the Sparkycare design team, using our own creativity and taste, then carefully curated before it becomes a finished piece. To keep yours looking its best, hang it out of direct sunlight and wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth when needed.
