The tree goes up, the box comes down from the closet, and one ornament gets lifted out more carefully than the rest. It is the one with a name on it. These personalized Christmas ornaments are made for the years that only happen once: the first Christmas married, the first with a new baby, the first in a new home, and the first without someone you love.

Each one is a round ceramic ornament, 3 inches across, with a white gloss finish and a watercolor wreath painted for its moment. You add the names, the date or a photo, see it in the live preview, and we print it for you after you order.

Which Personalized Christmas Ornament Fits Their Year

  • Just married: a winter wreath that reads "Our First Christmas as Mr & Mrs", with both names and the wedding date. More in wedding gifts.
  • Just engaged: a first Christmas engaged ornament with both names and the line you choose. More in engagement gifts.
  • A new baby: a baby's first Christmas ornament with a teddy bear and the baby's name. More in new baby gifts.
  • A new home: a first Christmas in the new home ornament with the family name. More in housewarming gifts.
  • Someone missed: a memorial ornament with their photo, name and years, or a pet memorial ornament for the dog or cat who always had a spot by the tree. More in sympathy gifts and pet memorial art.

How to Personalize Your Ornament

Tap Personalize design on the ornament you want. Type the names and the date or short line, or upload a photo on the memorial ornaments, and watch it appear on the real design. Any field you leave as the sample text does not print. Check the spelling in the preview, because your text prints exactly as you type it. For a photo, pick a clear, well lit one where the face fills most of the picture.
