This page is for the person who now owns one: how to look after it, where your certificate lives, and how to put your order on file in case you ever need us.
Caring for your piece
A little care keeps a print looking the way it did on day one. Five things, none of them hard.
- Keep it out of direct sunlight. The inks resist fading, and a wall that is not in the sun's path all afternoon keeps them that way for decades.
- Dust with a dry microfiber cloth. Never spray anything onto the glazing or the frame. If you need a cleaner, spray the cloth, not the piece.
- Choose a dry wall. Bathrooms, laundry rooms and the wall above a kettle carry steam that no frame likes.
- Hang it on the hardware that came with it, with the centre of the piece about 57 to 60 inches from the floor. That is the height galleries use, and it is where the eye lands.
- Move it by the frame, never by the glazing. Two hands, one on each side.
