Say Goodbye to Armpit Fat: Targeted Exercises and Tips for Toning Your Arms
Share
If you're looking to get rid of armpit fat, you're not alone. Many people struggle with this issue, but the good news is that there are exercises you can do to target this area and tone up your arms.
The first exercise to try is the Diamond Push up. This variation of the traditional push up targets the triceps, which are the muscles located on the back of the upper arm. To do a Diamond Push up, place your hands close together under your chest, forming a diamond shape with your thumbs and index fingers. Lower your body down towards the floor, keeping your elbows close to your body, and push back up to the starting position. Aim for 3 sets of 45 seconds of Diamond Push ups.
Next, try the Svend Press. This exercise targets the chest, shoulders, and triceps. Start in a plank position with your hands on a pair of dumbbells, then rotate your arms outward and press the weights up towards the ceiling. Lower the weights back down to the starting position and repeat for 3 sets of 12 reps.
Finally, add in some Push Jumping to your routine. This exercise works your arms, shoulders, and legs, and is a great cardio workout as well. Start in a squat position, then jump up and push your arms up towards the ceiling. Land softly and immediately go into the next squat and jump. Aim for 3 sets of 10 reps.
When done regularly and consistently, these exercises will help you tone your arms and get rid of armpit fat. Remember to also eat a healthy and balanced diet, and get enough sleep and hydration to support your fitness journey. Let's work towards that lean, toned look!
